Rancho Brochure

Four bedrooms, three baths, and a large covered patio are upstairs overlooking the pool, beach, and ocean.  These rooms are identified by the letters, C, D, E, and F. Room “C” is a small room with bunk beds (full down, and twin up).  Room “D” is slightly larger with two twin beds.  Rooms “C” and “D” share a center hall bath.  It is suggested that rooms “C” and “D” are economy class or most suitable for children or teenagers.

Room “E” is a larger room with a queen size bedroom set and private bath.  Room “F”, a deluxe room at the Rancho, is air conditioned, has a private bath, king size bedroom set with a giant “four poster” bed, telephone, and a bench seat bay window overlooking the pool, beach, and ocean.  The main level of the main residence has a large open living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, service area and two bathrooms.  There is a large stone BBQ by the pool and main residence.

Cottage Bungalow

Just behind the main residence, separated by a large concrete playground/parking area, is a deluxe two bedroom Cottage Bungalow.  There are two large private rooms each with their own private bath.  They both have king size bedroom sets and are air-conditioned.  There is a private patio for the Bungalow as well as ocean views from both rooms.  There are hammocks located throughout the Rancho.

Rate Schedule

Premium Season:  The weekend and week before, and through, Easter weekend (Semana Santa) – The Month of August (Fiestas Agostinas) – December 15th through January 15th. 
High Season:  January 16th through March 31st (excluding Easter week), October 1st through December 14th. 
Regular Season: April 1st through September 30th (excluding Easter Week and the month of August). 
Custom Vacations: Upon telephone or written e-mail request describing your itinerary, we will provide you with a rate quote for your stay at the Rancho. 

General Information

All of the rooms at the Rancho are completely furnished including fresh clean bedding, pillows, and towels.  You will need your normal sundry items such as cosmetics, razors, combs, brushes, toothpaste, sun tan lotion, inspect repellent, medications, etc. (the Rancho will furnish you with soap, shampoo, and toilet paper).  Our staff will clean and prepare your room on request as well as do your laundry.  An Iron and ironing board are available.  There is a telephone at the Rancho.  There is a small charge for local calls.  Long distance calls MUST be made with a calling card.  All of our staff carry cell phones which may be used by our guests under the same conditions.

Meals: When not dining out you will need to provide your own food and beverage at the Rancho.  Arrangements can be made with our van and driver to take you shopping.  For an additional charge we can provide a cook to prepare your meals.

Gratuities: Our hardworking staff always appreciates your kind and generous gratuities.  We would suggest that you tip those that you feel provided you with their services on the last day of your stay.
